Eric Rollins
OptiRova LLC is led by Eric Rollins, with over 30 years experience in the Eye Care field. Eric has a business background, majoring in Business Administration with Marketing Emphasis. After a career featuring senior positions in optical retail, frame and laboratory sectors, he left Essilor to begin Rollins Consulting LLC in 2006 to help Eye Care Professionals build profitability and patient satisfaction while streamlining business practices. Eric has written for industry publications, including 20/20 Magazine and First Vision Media Group. Eric also speaks for local, regional and national Optometric and Opticianry groups.
Matthew D. Robertson
Matthew D. Robertson joined the team at OptiRova in 2019. He brings with him experience in leadership, marketing and business. Matthew is a licensed real estate agent and member of the Michigan Business Brokers Association where he serves on the Board. He is also a member of the International Business Brokers association. He has a professional background in technology, instruction and communication and can’t wait to collaborate to meet your goals.
Frank Giammanco
Frank Giammanco, formerly president & CEO of First Vision Media Group, Inc., is a 36-year veteran of publishing and communications for the optical industry. He began his career as editor of Optical Index, a monthly magazine owned by Fairchild Publications. Moving into publishing management and sales, he eventually became a vice president/group publisher at Jobson Publishing. Prior to establishing First Vision Media Group, Inc. in 2000, Giammanco was president of Gramercy Marketing & Media, Inc. a business-to-business marketing communications firm headquartered in New York City.
Jeff Rollins
Jeff comes to OptiRova, LLC after a career including sales positions with some of the leading firms in the dental industry. Jeff is heading up the dental division of OptiRova as well as consulting on sales and marketing for the medical industry. Formerly principal of the Jeff Rollins Sales Team, a manufacturers rep firm focused in the automotive aftermarket covering a multi-state area for over 30 years, he also has extensive Dental experience having worked with both market leaders, Henry Schein, and Patterson Dental, as well as other market-leading Dental Suppliers and manufacturers.
Bruce Winslow
Bruce Winslow is a 30 year veteran of the Optical industry and has held various executive positions with major industry leaders. At Bausch and Lomb, he served as District Manager, Regional Director, and National Director of Distributor Sales. During his eight-year tenure at Essilor Laboratories of America, he served as the Strategic Account Manager for the Eastern US. In addition, he served as Vice President of Sales for two smaller optical Manufacturers and Distributors. He is also a licensed Realtor in Florida. Bruce holds a Marketing degree from the University of Tennessee and resides in Orlando, FL.
Douglas L. Maguire
Dr. Doug Maguire practiced podiatric medicine and surgery in Holland, Michigan for 33 years as a founder of the Holland Foot and Ankle Center prior to retiring in 2015. He is heading our podiatry division. He is experienced in medical real estate sales and development.
